Shipping Policy

Orders are processed before being passed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination, carrier, product source, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

You will receive tracking information when it becomes available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Wûra as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
